Landlord Portal

The Landlord Portal is an optional component in PHA-Web that provides housing authorities the ability for landlords to access to various features online. The Landlord Portal is accessed through a secure link on the housing authority’s website.

Several options can be made available to landlords through the Landlord Portal. Housing authorities can configure the portal to make different options available to landlords. Features that can be accessed using the port are:

  • Complete payment history of all payment made through PHA-Web
  • Dates and times and addresses of upcoming inspections
  • Results of past inspections
  • Reprint 1099 forms
  • A list of occupied units with HAP and rent amounts
  • Update and select communication preferences
  • View and optionally updated bank account information for direct deposit of HAP payments
  • Securely share documents with housing authority staff

Landlord information is available in the portal in real time. No additional synchronization process is required by the housing authority.

To access the Landlord Portal, landlords are required to have an email address and register to use portal using a registration code generated in PHA-Web.
