Our Applicant Portal has six unique features for applicants to take advantage of. Applicants will have an experience tailored by your agency that will allow them to electronically submit an application, view their waiting list status and position number, update/edit their waitlist applications, direct message waiting list case workers, update notification preferences, as well as send and receive documents through the Secure Document Exchange.

While the applicant’s experience is up to you and what works best for your agency, our team will take care of building your customized setup during a 1:1 training session.
