PHA Manager

The PHA Manager allows housing authorities access to customizable setup and default features in PHA-Web. The customizable options available in the PHA Manager provide the housing authority the ability to configure PHA-Web to meet their specific requirements.

Customizable features available in the PHA Manager include items such as housing authority name, address and contact information. Additional setup information used in various places throughout PHA-Web also include the ability to setup counties served and census tracts are provided for tracking families, store scanned letterhead and integrate it with the Letter Manager to create custom letters for tenants and landlords, and other rent calculation values available include such items as passbook rates, dependent allowances, elderly allowances and a utility allowance table.
