The Mobile Work Order software is an optional feature of the Work Order Manager component in PHA-Web that assists housing authority maintenance staff in completing work orders on a mobile device. The Mobile Work Order software works in conjunction with the Work Order Manager component of PHA-Web.
Maintenance staff can document the work performed, track the time to complete the work order. Inventory parts can be entered manually or barcodes can be scanned using a mobile device's camera.
The Mobile Work Order software works with most tablets and smart phones with a data plan. If the agency has the optional Document Imaging Manager, the camera can be used to attach pictures to work orders.
Over 3.7 million work orders have been entered into PHA-Web.
