Performs Section 8 and Public Housing inspections and create customized inspection forms that meet individual housing authority needs. Inspection Manager integrates with 50058 Certification Manager.

Work Order Manager

Enters and completes work orders, tracks fixed assets, manages materials inventory, and tracks employee performance. Work Order Manager integrates with Public Housing Accounting Manager to generate work order billing.
